Announcing Our 2025 Charitable Giving Campaign: A Promise to Give Back

As we approach the new year, we are excited to announce a meaningful initiative that will guide our efforts throughout 2025: we will donate 2.5% of each commission earned all year to breast cancer research.

This is a commitment we are incredibly proud of, and we want to share it with all of you—our clients, partners, and supporters. We believe in using our success to make a positive impact on the world, and we’ve chosen to contribute to a cause that is close to our hearts. With every commission we earn in 2025, a portion will go directly to organizations that are working with those fighting now and survivors, those funding continued research for a cure, and those advocate for continued education and increased awareness.

Why 2.5%?

We chose 2.5% because it’s a simple yet powerful number - and it’s the average percent we earn as your agents per closed transaction. It's a reminder that small actions, when compounded, can lead to big results! By dedicating a portion of each earned commission to this cause, we’re making a statement that even the smallest contributions can have an outsized impact. We believe this aligns with the spirit of generosity that drives our partnership, and we are excited to watch this campaign grow over the course of the year.

The Causes We Support & Why?

Throughout the years, we will be selecting several different causes/organizations and initiatives to support. And as we move into 2025, we will share more information about the specific charities we partner with and the impact of your contributions. Together, we can make a real difference in the lives of others.

As 1 in 8 women will find themselves impacted by breast cancer in their lives, we both have been closely impacted by breast cancer. Franca’s cousin and Ian’s mother are thankfully both proud survivors today!
